At 0xpo Crossroads in San Francisco on November 3, Decrypt’s Jason Nelson sat down with Lisa Rubin, a blockchain attorney with Paul Hastings, to discuss legal misconceptions still held by the industry. Lisa offered valuable advice on how startups should approach the legal side of their business before launch. She noted that many companies tend to focus too heavily on the technology side, and forget to consider the legal aspects.

They discussed strategies for raising capital during the bear market, including leveraging existing relationships, investing in long-term value, and building relationships with investors. The panelists also agreed that the key to success is communication and building trust with investors.
